What is Spring Valley?
Spring Valley gives you joint health supplements that are meant to give you the highest quality chondroitin and glucosamine that is derived from crab shell. It is the building block of tissue and their chondroitin is derived from the bovine trachea to support healthy joints and connective tissue.
History of Spring Valley
Spring Valley products come from the Walmart Chain. Walmart was started in the 1940's by Sam Walton. He quickly became one of the largest retailers, and in 1989, Walmart had opened stores in 27 different states. Now, they have opened in Hong Kong, Canada, and Mexico among others. Since then, they have been known for cheap products at cheap prices and various controversies.
Benefits
They have a number of ingredients including chondroitin in only a 100mg dose. Most of their ingredients are anti inflammatories at best, and the amounts of their valid ingredients are insufficient to say the least. But you couldn't really expect more from the store known for low quality and extremely cheap prices in general.

There are no common side effects associated with the formula in Spring Valley.
Conclusion
We would not recommend Spring Valley. It comes from Walmart, and to be quite frank, it really shows. They don't have any of the right things that they really need, instead focusing on putting a good face forward at first glance. However, should you delve even a little bit below the surface, you will obviously find numerous problems.
