Solgar joint support tablets are balanced dietary supplements meant to maintain healthy skin, promote joint mobility, and influence other areas for greater joint health and function. This product focuses on a few select ingredients, claiming they will relieve pain now, rebuild the joints, and otherwise give you the results you need.
History of Solgar
Solgar is a company that has been around since 1947, so more than 50 years, giving you health supplements and the supposedly best nutritional products that you can find. They have their own line of just about everything, and they claim all are made with only the highest quality
Benefits
Their joint supplement only has a few ingredients. They have a few vitamins and minerals, and then they have DLPA, standardized turmeric root, l-proline, and grape seed extract. None of these reduce the inflammation associated with arthritis pain, nor do they actually rebuild the joints. They have no real part in any of it to be completely honest, making for an entirely ineffective product.
Possible side effects
Possible side effects of Solgar are not there. You could experience an allergic reaction, but none of the ingredients have other issues rather than the unavoidable.
Conclusion
We would not recommend wasting your money on Solgar. It doesn't have the right ingredients, and quite literally speaking it would be impossible for it to work at all. After all, it doesn't have ingredients that have the basic needed mechanisms of action. So how could you really expect it to have that very basic effect or rather set of effects?
