NOW Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM is supposed to support joint health in one dietary supplement using the 3 obvious ingredients named above. They combine studied nutrients and essentially support normal joint function in general.
History of NOW Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM
It was created as NOW's version of joint supplements, and it apparently won the 2005 joint supplement of the year award by bodybuilding.com. They claim that you will achieve greater results than you could have achieved without it, and NOW as a company has an extensive history.
Benefits
Their reports are conflicting. They say that they have 1100mg glucosamine sulfate, but then they also say they have 1500mg glucosamine in the same area. Obviously, those are two entirely different numbers, but we doubt they have as much as either. Outside of that, they apparently have 1200mg chondroitin and 300mg MSM. Those are not the amounts you want to see for greater joint health or even maintenance.

There are no adverse effects commonly associated with NOW Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM.
Conclusion
We would not recommend using NOW Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM. It doesn't have the right amounts. The right ingredients can only do so much if they are used in insufficient amounts. This formula will not maintain, let alone rebuild, and otherwise give you the results you actually want.
