What is Member's Mark?
Member's Mark is a supplement apparently made for quality and made using the well known chondroitin and glucosamine. They promise it will support joint comfort and mobility and improve flexibility and range of motion while lubricating joints.
History of Member's Mark
Member's Mark is actually an entire brand name specifically from Sam's Club. It is also sold on sites like Amazon at fairly affordable prices, and Member's Mark is essentially like the grocery store brands you see. They have diapers, foods, formula, adult briefs, aspirins, acne treatments, and basically everything else you could think of including grill parts.
Benefits
They actually have a descent amount of glucosamine, but ironically not of chondroitin. These two ingredients are paired together for a reason, they complement each other, and without one or the other or for that matter the right amounts of both, you don't get the same results. Moreover, with Sam's Club, we wouldn't exactly expect considerable quality of either one. They also don't list a full ingredients list, meaning that there's a chance they don't actually use the advertised amounts of these ingredients, it has happened before.
Possible side effects
There are no major side effects associated with the ingredients listed. But with no full ingredients list, we will leave that particular detail open.
Conclusion
We would not recommend this low quality product. It doesn't have the right ingredients, let alone does it have them in the right amounts. If you were to buy this product, you would realistically only be wasting your time and money, but that's not considerably surprising considering it is technically a Walmart brand.
