Benefits
Unfortunately, we don't really see any benefits. Aloe vera helps the skin to ideally heal at a faster rate. But none of the ingredients are at all applicable to joint pain or otherwise will help you to eliminate that particular problem, even when used directly after a workout. It will just leave you with the same problems you may have had before.
Possible side effects
Most of the ingredients would only be harmful if ingested. However, being applied topically, most of the side effects are eliminated. However, others may cause redness, irritation, burning, itching, flaking, burning sensations, dry skin, rash, inflammation, sensitivity to the sun, peeling, dermatitis, and dryness when applied to the skin.
Conclusion
We would not recommend using this particular topical treatment. It doesn't have the right ingredients that you would need to see greater results, and it realistically doesn't have the potential you would need. We're not entirely sure what it's supposed to do. The ingredients it uses for the most part have no applicable use on top of the skin in general, let alone on the joints.
