What is Avoca ASU?
Avoca ASU is a joint supplement and apparently goes beyond the average glucosamine supplement. It is a combination of glucosamine and NMX1000 avocado/soybean unsaponifiables also using OptiMSM and green tea to boot.
History of Avoca ASU
Avoca ASU is manufactured by Nutramax Laboratories Inc. They are also responsible for a supplement known as CosaminDS, which they claim to be the #1 chondroitin and glucosamine supplement in the world. They sell through multiple third party retailers, generally at fairly reasonable prices.
Benefits
They have 1500mg of glucosamine and MSM each. In theory, with the right quality, that could make a significant difference in osteoarthritis. However, it should be noted that for the rebuilding of the joints, there ASU blend is completely inapplicable, and while they claim to use OptiMSM, a patented form of MSM, the actual label does not reflect that idea.

There are no side effects commonly associated with the ingredients in Avoca ASU.
Conclusion
We would not recommend this product. There are a lot more questions than answers, and their information contradicts itself to say the least. We do not believe it has the quality we are looking for, and its formula is unfortunately incomplete at this time.
