Unfortunately, we don’t really see any benefits. Aloe vera helps the skin to ideally heal at a faster rate. But none of the ingredients are at all applicable to joint pain or otherwise will help you to eliminate that particular problem, even when used directly after a workout. It will just leave you with the same problems you may have had before.

Most of the ingredients would only be harmful if ingested. However, being applied topically, most of the side effects are eliminated. However, others may cause redness, irritation, burning, itching, flaking, burning sensations, dry skin, rash, inflammation, sensitivity to the sun, peeling, dermatitis, and dryness when applied to the skin.
